We are seeking a full-time Office Manager in our Richmond, VA headquarters who will run and manage all administrative aspects of our office as well as work closely with our HR, Accounting, and Executive teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; all while maintaining a professional, confidential, and positive attitude. We’re looking for a proactive, team player who is eager to grow with the company.

  • Administrative
    • Foster a positive, engaged, and inclusive office culture
    • Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the office
      • Welcome on-site visitors and route calls for applicable office staff
      • Oversee booking/scheduling for all meeting/conference rooms in the office
      • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
      • Anticipating needs and evaluate new office products and processes to increase efficiency within the work environment
      • Source, negotiate, and contract vendors for necessary maintenance or repairs
    • Provide administrative support to other locations or departments, upon supervisor request
    • Scope, pitch, plan and coordinate various staff events
    • Make transportation arrangements; book flights, hotels, and rental cars, as necessary. Work with our corporate travel partners to ensure the traveler (and accounting) have any/all applicable information before and after the trip.
  • Executive Support
    • Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communications
    • Maintain executive confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
    • Maintain executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
    • Makes transportation arrangements; booking flights, hotels, and rental cars as necessary
  • Enhance communications between executives and internal team members
  • Produce correspondences and communications, as needed
  • Assist Accounts Payable entry and vendor file management
  • Maintain executive confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Support other projects, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an Administrative, Project Assistant, or similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable; someone who gets along with a variety of personality types and easily transitions from one priority/project to the next
  • A multi-tasker who can balance quality with efficiency in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-starting individual
  • Works well under pressure and is able to use discretionary judgement to make solid decisions
  • A budget-conscious creative problem-solver who is always looking for ways to minimize spend and maximize savings/ROI
  • Proficient with Mac and PC operating systems, as well as MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in the Apparel and Fashion Industry
  • Experience supporting high-level executives a plus
  • Tech savvy skills with the passion to improve processes
  • Strong administrative skills (including typing speed and accuracy)
